It is the first of the year, a new year on the calendar that the Creator crafted from the beginning. Man has destroyed the calendar and taken Yahweh/God out of it. Anyway, we are in the first month of the year, and it is time to cleanse. This time of year has cleansing rains, new beginnings, fresh starts in all aspects of creation. The Messiah purposely died at this time of year because we need cleansing, and this time of year is the best time of year to do so. Every edible plant (and most of them out there this time of year are edible) is a cleansing plant, and should be taken into our bodies. The energy of the Earth is even being renewed this time of year, and our bodies are directly connected and affected by it.
I want to bring out one thing about this time of year that is vital. I personally keep an entire week of Passover/Unleavened Bread. I do this because it is commanded, and because it is very refreshing to the mind, body, and soul. In this process, I clean out my house. I take out the leaven, clean every nook and cranny, and air out the place. Have you ever wondered where “spring cleaning” comes from? Despite what most historians and scholars want to say, it is built into us to do this, at this time of year, from the beginning of mankind, for cleansing purpose. It is what we are supposed to do. The thing I want to bring out is this: when you put out sugar, or throw out all of that junk food from your house, to cleanse your body, do you give it away to someone else, or do you actually throw it out? Ask yourself: does it make sense to throw something you know is bad for you onto someone else?
When I clean out, and throw out the leavened things during Passover week, I throw them out and burn them, or let the chickens eat them. The leaven represents my sin, or the things in my life I need to clean out, the “weeds” that have gotten out of hand. This cleansing also pictures getting your health back into shape, getting rid of the things that are negative, in mind, body, and spirit. It is all about acting on the solution and not looking back. I absolutely never give my “throw out” stuff to someone else to eat while I am not eating it, just as I would not give away the junk foods harming me if I were changing my health habits.
THE POINT: It is difficult to throw out, especially when you know your hard earned money bought it. It is difficult to go through the process of ridding the mind of negative fears and emotion. It is a process and nothing more. It is a practice, and we have to make it a “custom” for it to make an impact. I assure you, it is all worth it, and the things you THROW OUT will be replaced with twice the good. Throwing out (not giving away), is just the right thing to do.
The scripture below can be a starting point to a great study on this subject, giving you motivation and confidence.

I love teaching. Teaching runs in my blood. I love to empower people. I love teaching most because I learn.
Would you like to make sense of the food allergies and sensitivities, and find holistic options within your budget? Food allergies rock your world! They rocked mine. In this class I will help you take an active and empowering role in your daily struggle with this “sensitive” topic (pun intended).
Would you like to turn around a picky eater, know where to save money for healthy snacks, how to minimize junk and create whole food eaters, be prepared on the go without stress, learn how to travel with food, and create habits to last? This is not just for the now, but for the future. ALL HEALTH now will reap good or disaster in the future. I have a class for that!
Do you have a love/hate relationship with cooking and finding creative ways to make a meal? Do you want to have meals ready for on the go? Do you want to learn how to pack and cook on a trip? The crock pot can become your best pal in the kitchen. I will also show some things for travel with a crock or an insta-pot or aroma steamer (the fast crock pot) —traveling with these is the best thing I have done for saving time and money on a trip and eating healthier.
Do you want to learn about desserts without sugar, honey, molasses, or artificial sweeteners…YES! they can still be sweet and delicious. (Tasting some goodies will be part of the class) Cure your sugar craving and need. Create new habits. Learn the empowerment you have inside you.
Would you like to learn massage techniques for calming, healing, bonding, making stronger and smarter babies. Gather some friends and set a plan to take a 4 week course.
DO YOU ALL GET THE IDEA? I have a class for many things. These are just a few of what I can do. If you have an idea for a class you would like me to put together, please contact me to ask. I CAN BRING THESE classes to your group, in your location (in my local area). I can do many of these classes, even the baby massage classes, online for those long distance.

I can come to your location if you have a group. We can discuss options. Let’s get moving together.
THIS was a great stretch. Good way to end or begin a workout. The message is very encouraging. My take: concentration on breathing starts the day well, fills the brain with energy (better than caffeine), and YOU will never know who you are until you know Him (Messiah/Elohim) first; seek HIM FIRST, find yourself.
CLASSES: I would love to begin this in our area. I am posting some class registrations for morning workouts with Faithful workouts. These workouts will have many levels to follow, and many options from chair (sitting) to challenging, all in the same workout session. To exercise together brings accountability and support. I will have classes in Russellville to begin, but will also have them in Perryville at a later date. www.naturalhelpinghands.com https://www.naturalhelp.net/services/ for info on the upcoming classes.#naturalhelpinghands #exercise
As Bill Nelson said, “the Germ theory proposes we get rid of the flies, while it makes more sense to clean up the garbage attracting them.”
MASSIVE ACTION PLAN
A food allergy, cancer, lymes, or any other mycroplasma parsite prion blood issue, needs a plan to destroy and heal. I have combine several plans to come up with one that I believe, with time, will destroy the thing causing the mammalian allergy within me from a tic (called alpha gal). I plan to keep at it until it is gone. I will not live this way. I confirm from the Almighty himself that my energy and my gusto with his healing plan will succeed.
Whole food supplements
Cancer, Parasites, Mycroplasma (Lyme, Alpha Gal, etc.), ETC. IS A DEVINE CALL TO ACTION!
Vegetables: garlic, onion, cauliflower, broccoli, dark greens
Organic cran powder
Green Lemonade: 1 lemon, 4 granny smith apples (with seeds and peals)
Eat berries all year long, every day.
Oats with fruit
Amla berry—highest concentration of antioxidant on Earth, known, and 2nd highest in vitamin; this berry is anti-everything bad.
16-24 oz of water in the morning, some of that with lemon, and total of 64-90 ounces by end of day.
30 minutes or more of exercise, with cardio
64 ounces of juice daily, especially in morning for cleansing
Salads (meaning more than two kinds of vegetables not counting lettuce) daily
Fruit, lots of it
Need to have a mostly raw diet (90 %), but some cooked foods ok: rice, beans, potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, peas, lentils, fish, and biblically clean meats (in moderation); some dairy is ok also, especially yogurt.
The things in this Massive Action resource are from a lot of research. I use essential oils and biofeedback and massage in combination of these nutrition things. I believe meditation, prayer, and action are all part of the process of elimination of the invaders (I call them weeds). We have to use a whole body/mind/spirit approach to healing for all things.
Okay, I have been researching and speaking with experts in microbial infestation (ie: alpha-gal strains, lyme strains, bartonella, Epstein Barr, and many more). I believe, after all this, I have more than one issue from the tick transmitter, and alpha-gal may be on the low end. This is crazy stuff. I believe also, that I have found a path, paved by the Father in his created resources, to get rid of all of it! I know it, in fact, and it will occur. I am confident. I am going to have to be patient, however. You all may have some of these causing your chronic and autoimmune deficiencies and issues. I am on a protocol with a biofeedback device, herbs, oils, and nutrition, to rid the things I have found in me (dormant or otherwise).
This has been life-changing for me. Right now you can try Faithful Workouts for FREE. It’s a great way to try it out and see what it can do for you – no strings attached.
this was my encouragement today 🙂 love being a member of this faithful team.
Check back tomorrow to see why this article helped me so much today.
(article from Faithful Workouts) January 2017
“Dear friend, I am praying that all is well with you and that your body is as healthy as I know your soul is.” -3 John 1:2
For centuries Christians have asked the question,“Does God care about how I treat my physical body?” Maybe it’s even a question you’ve asked yourself.
I love how my study bible explains this verse from 3 John: “John was concerned for Gaius’s physical and spiritual well-being. This was the opposite of the popular ideology that taught the separation of spirit and matter and despised the physical side of life. Today, many people still fall into this way of thinking. This non-Christian attitude logically leads to one of two responses: neglect of the body and physical health or indulgence of the body’s sinful desires. God is concerned for both your body and your soul. As a responsible Christian, you should neither neglect nor indulge yourself, but care for your physical needs and discipline your body so that you are at your best for God’s service.” (The Application Study Bible, New Living Translation)
Let me repeat that again…discipline your body so that you are at your best for God’s service.
That’s really what we have to keep at the forefront of our minds as we begin our journey to better health. It’s not about getting into a certain size of jeans, and it’s not about a number on the scale, our desire should be that we take better care for our body so that we are at our best for God’s service. We should exercise and eat healthy so we will have the energy and strength to do what God has planned for us.
Of course there is nothing wrong with having a body that looks strong and healthy and fits into the jeans you love, but it shouldn’t be our main motivator. 3 John 1:2 is not the only verse that speaks about caring for our physical bodies, here are few others.
Romans 3:16 – “We are to use our whole body as a tool to do what is right for the glory of God”
Romans 12:1 – “And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice – the kind he will accept. When you think of what he has done for you, is this too much to ask.”
1 Corinthians 10:31 – “So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
If you have decided to be a follower of Christ you should take care of your body. I know it’s not easy. It takes discipline and self control but know that God is there to help you. “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control” – 2 Timothy 1:7
