This message is one I need to share here. It is a great low impact, total body workout, but ALSO a superb message all the way through about widows and widowers.
An article from Got Questions, said, “widows are often grouped with vulnerable members of society such as the fatherless, aliens, and the poor (Deuteronomy 14:29; 16:11; 24:20; 26:12). The Bible says widows are to be treated with honor and compassion and offered protection so that no one takes advantage of them.” The article goes on to say, “God recognized the widow’s plight and rose to her defense: “A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling” (Psalm 68:5). A person who denied justice to a widow was cursed by God: “Cursed is anyone who withholds justice from the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow” (Deuteronomy 27:19). Laws and special provisions were put in place to safeguard widows against neglect and abuse.”
Jesus condemned the Pharisees for their ill-treatment of widows (Mark 12:40).
Stay connected. Call, text, message, often.
Say you are sorry for our loss.
Call and ask specifically, “Can we go for a walk together?” “Would you like me to take the kids to the park?”
Refer to spouse’s acts or words – serious or humorous.
Invite them to anything, as if they were not widows/widowers. Include them in your activities just as you did before the spouse was no longer there.

I remember asking all of those questions when I started gardening, and back then I had no one to ask. Of course, my mom gave me a bottle of Sevin dust and I used it because I didn’t know what I know now.
That’s just one example. I really had no clue what I needed and what I didn’t. Unless you have someone beside you giving you advice, you never know.
Because over the years I found so many people asking me the same questions I wondered as a first-time gardener, I decided to make a list of my favorite gardening resources, from books to tools and beyond.

Manifestations take hold by graveling with our hearts and minds. They attack our thresholds and tear down our ability to let go. We build expectations in everything. Expectations lead to distress in body, mind and soul. Expectations lead to “unforgivingness” with others, self, situations, and things. (note: unforgivingness is NOT just with humans) Unforgiveness (or unforgivingness) leads to stress and anxiety of all levels. Unforgiveness is poison. The way to release stress and anxiety is to get rid of the toxins creating it, one at at time, pulling them out like weeding a garden. Forgiveness, releasing, and serving heals the heart (quite literally) and gives your health back.
(Col. 3:13). As the old hymn says, “Nothing between my soul and the Savior, so that His blessed face may be seen. Nothing preventing the least of His favor; keep the way clear! Let nothing between.”
I am writing a book on this subject: Weeds. Commit to pulling one weed a day. I made a commitment to be in my physical garden every day. I see more fruit than weeds with this approach. When this is applied to the body, mind and soul, stress and anxiety decrease greatly. When stress and anxiety decrease, the body heals from the inside out, heals the organs, heals the brain, heals the nerves, heals the bones..you see where I am going with this.
Joy is not happiness. Happiness is circumstantial. Joy is lasting, constant, settled, and not affected by the “outside” distractions. We have to roll up our sleeves, join the adventure, and take care of our garden.
We tend to avoid and resist all suffering at all costs. We demand to bring our expectations to reality through various means. However, there IS redemption and value in pain, illness, or any experience that isn’t what we have envisioned for ourselves. Escaping from discomfort, or helping others do so, will never be successful. All of us are frail, going about life’s journey, breakable.

Good info to keep in mind when you feel you have been through all the options. I want to introduce you to Hyperbaric. The MOLD Connection to Chronic Illness
An article in Psychology Today by Judy Tsafrir, M.D. notes that mold toxicity is often misdiagnosed as psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, brain fog, insomnia, and attention problems. Some may also receive a diagnosis of chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, mast cell activation disorder, or irritable bowel, when mold toxicity is the ultimate condition.
Dr. Joseph Brewer, MD, is an infectious disease specialist with a special interest in chronic fatigue syndrome, Lyme disease, and HIV/AIDS. He published a paper in 2013 looking at 112 chronic fatigue patients that he tested for mycotoxins in the urine. Of those 112 patients, 104 tested positive for a least one mycotoxin, with 30 percent being positive for multiple mycotoxins.

I was cleaning, and while sweeping the floor I had a strange thought. I visioned a person doing my cleaning. That person was deep cleaning my house during the spring cleaning time of year, that being now. I then had the vision of myself cleaning, deep cleaning. After this vision, I realized the meaning. This time of year is the beginning of the year, and tonight will be the new moon, and the first day of the first month of the year in creation. Spring is a time of cleansing. The earth shows the cleansing herbs growing, the new buds everywhere, the green ears of the vegetables and grains, and the rains. This time of year, especially the Passover in 14 days from the new moon, is a time of cleansing our insides spiritually, emotionally, and physically. It is a time to reflect on our year and realize our growth, and the power of the Messiah to intercede in the forgiving of our trespasses. If we “hire” someone else to clean our homes, we miss out on knowing what we leave behind, and never learn to have better habits of cleanliness. If we expect the pastor, friend, or counselor to fix our issues and tell us what to do, we will never see it for what it really is. If we take the time to weed the innermost parts of our heart, mind and soul, we will become aware of the crumbs in places we never knew. We can free ourselves of chains, overcome fear, conquer anxiety, and heal our bodies of impurities. The only one that can do this best is you. It is hard work, there is pain, and you will not like what you find, but the rewards are far more plentiful. This is the time of year to set goals, and new year confirmations. NOW.
I will give you a few examples of things can do now that will absolutely change your life, and I mean for real, If you set your mind to them for the long haul.
Use “I require” instead of “I need”. The word need projects lack. If we are in the right mind set, we have no lack, only requirements. Clear the channel for only the Creator and you.
Use “inspiration” instead of “intention”. The word intension projects a sense of tension. Clear the channel for only inspired words, actions, and thoughts.
Keep the thought that all is well. There is nothing to “protect”. We are aware, safe, prepared, and educated. Keep the channel open for the messenger to relay the message we need when we need it, and the knowledge pop out when the moment lends itself. I have experience this personally as I allow for the knowing to be there when I need it. I continue to learn.
What is your word for the moment? Look at these words. Make chart for yourself using these or your unique words and phrases. “stop and smell the roses”, “nothing matters more than the present moment”, “begin now…and now…and now”, “never give up”. There are so many things you can put on the chart. Keep it minimal, but enough that you are satisfied with the unique words and phrases that will help you each day connect with the moment, and get unstuck from the “yesterday” or “last week”.
Pray and ask. Visualize your moments. Meditate and listen. Act and move. Fear not.

Which metabolic sub-type is best?
A typical question during a consultation is which metabolic type or sub-type is best. The Slow 1 or Fast 1 sub-type is actually best. Best is a bit misleading but in this context, it simply means your dominant neuroendocrine system (nervous system and corresponding endocrine glands) is metabolically synchronized. In essence, this provides a much truer picture of your current metabolism. However, as revealed by the complete nutritional/toxic element pattern, a Slow 1 may be too slow and a Fast 1 may be too fast.
In every instance, it is a matter of increasing or decreasing specific nutrients to achieve a synchronized and more dynamically balanced metabolism. This is accomplished primarily through specific foods and secondarily through a specific dietary supplement program that augments the foods.
Understanding your true metabolism is important and confirms the need too accurately test your metabolism. As you can see, each sub-type would require a slightly different nutritional approach to either shift your metabolism or synchronize your metabolism.

Alpha-Gal,histamine,allergies, food sensitivities, product sensitivities, fume sensitivities, and this list can go on. I suggest you go back and read the posts I have written on these subjects. I will explain the possible core of why these things happen and my personal protocol.
The subject is very sensitive, as these things change our lives, and the lives of everyone around us. The subject is for enlightenment, encouragement, empowerment and hope. The process I lay out can create long-lasting options, easy to tweak and change as the body changes and improves.
Enzymes are the components that keep us alive. without them we would not live. The best book on this subject is Enzyme Nutrition, the food enzyme concept. I suggest you read this book.
A little background
June 2016 I had a tick bite on my thigh; it bothered me for a couple weeks. In February 2017, I had logged more and more reactions to beef and mammal products; these included fumes, live animals, and body fluids from my spouse if he ate mammal meat. By April 2017 officially tested for AG mammal allergy.
From August 2018-October 2018, I had a healing of AG and lyme; this included 40 days of oxygen hyperbaric therapy, eating super clean, and anointing. The months of October 2018 to September 2020, I had other issues came to surface unrelated to AG; these included higher reactions to bug bites and stings, non-mammal food issues, and hormone changes. Dairy and other mammal products were safe for me in these months. At the time, I kept mammal meats out of my diet; overcoming the fear of eating mammal meats is tough.
September 3, 2020, I tried SAAT for AG because the test showed it still in my system. Oct 2020, I broke out in hives all over my body. After a week, I figured out the hives were high histamine, mast cell-related and monthly cycle related (perimenopausal). I feel strongly I had a reverse reaction to the acupuncture triggering my histamine release and the mast cell complication. Acupuncture and SAST is not bad; for many people, it can create a new kind of monster in the system. I went in for the SAAT histamine and mast cell needles mid-November 2020; this was a 28 day program. I never had improvement.
I decided to do research that was solid with decades of backing. and find a sustainable solution.
The gut is hit hardest by AG, lyme and the histamines. Building the gut was crucial. I know the basic process of gut building kept me from having the severe symptoms that many have; living a very healthy, organic life helps greatly in these situations. From all my research into Lyme over the years I knew there was a connection to AG. The best resource for Lyme is Buhner. AG symptoms are in several of the Lyme and Lyme coinfections. I believe AG at its core is a histamine/lyme co-infection issue, due to the sugar protein it comes in on from the tick. I have written on this in my past blogs.
Enzymes and adrenal balance are at the core of AG and lyme takes hold, becomes serious, or not. I decided to run full force. I did not want to live with this any longer. The first step was balancing the system.
Hair mineral analysis is a test I use with my clients to check the mineral and nutritional balances in the body. Using diet and nutritional support to provide essential compounds for healthy function can be foundational to a good treatment plan. Making sure that the balances are in check ensures the body will function at its full potential. With AG, minerals will deplete very rapidly. Part of mineral supplementation is actual adrenal (bovine) enzymes; with AG bovine is a NO. Using vegan adrenal supplement, minerals and vegan digestive enzymes begins the process of restoration. Quercetin, NAC, Probiotic, and digestive enzymes is the key to calming the histamines symptoms associated with AG. After 1-3 months, the next step can begin.
Transition to DAO enzymes continues the path of calming the histamines and mast cells. I used one a day for a week. I added one per day every few days until I got to two capsule three times a day; these are taken at every meal. I continued to take the list in the previous paragraph. After a month on DAO I began to add the actual bovine supplement for adrenal support, replacing the vegan version. The supplements I take are from the lab I use for the mineral analysis. They are made to be individually matched. Building the minerals, calming the histamines and adding the enzymes back into a depleted body feels so good. The enzymes Then comes the fun step.
I began to pick one histamine or mammal product a day, adding it back into my diet. It was amazing how it all came together. In the Enzyme Nutrition book, healing issues of this nature is all about building slow and steady. He describes how to take in small portions, wait a few days, repeat. Each person must take the path as their body leads them. I have over done it, cut back, and keep on moving forward at the pace needed. If I have had a small reaction, I just take extra Quercetin or NAC and Oxygen. OH! Oxygen is super key to all of this; let’s say a bit about that.
Chlorophyll (Chloroxygen) has been a daily liquid since I was diagnosed with AG and lyme. Take this daily for sure! Oxygen wipes lyme out, and a lot of other bad things. Read my oxygen article.
The best part is taking the first bite of meat. I took that first bite after four years. It was small and tasted so good. A couple days later I took another bite. All the while, I continue to take the enzymes, minerals, and DAO (beef) and lists in previous paragraphs, three times a day with meals. I am still in the process, taking small steps. It will be lasting and it will work better than any other way. Nutrition, gut health, stress management are important, but there is one more.
Yahweh was the one who gave me all the guidance and all the resources. I never did any of this on my own. Fear is a liar. AG can be done away with inside our bodies. You do not have to live with this. Now take action 🙂
