BAM! Healing at its best.

I have just recently had a powerful realization into the fact that we can see and help others through so much and never see it hitting us. BAM! it hit me. I crashed physically a couple weeks ago, and, through a week of process and counsel from human and spiritual means, health made an “about face” and was snuffed out to the core (literally). It was all done completely by core healing (4th chakra emotional releases) and mental “breathing”/listening; (there was physical cleansing, but it was because I was so shut down I could not eat, but only drink my food for three days). I will not go into the details, but it was a perfect example of liver, gut, core junk stemming from primary food alone (Primary food being things not on the plate). I have never experienced that before, only have seen it occur in others. It really makes an impression when one can truly release fear and anxiety and internal “holding” of past junk, and turn the physical body around in hours, immediately.

I could have been in the hospital using the medical testers, and they probably finding nothing wrong with me and at the same time arguing with them knowing I was in trouble because I could feel something was wrong and see signs all over me that something was wrong (bloated, yellow eyes, gray tongue, no appetite, etc.); I could have been paying loads of money to do so, and becoming worse in the process. I could have gone through unnecessary surgeries, tests, meds and more…YUCK!

I will add that I began the process, within that two weeks of “crashing”, to the point of the actual crash, with focusing on the herbal and food based healing. It was doing good, but it was not until the three days of releasing the core emotions that were locked up inside, that healing took the final destination in my body.

I am thankful for the truth to be revealed to me and that I having a listening ear to hear it. I want even more to help others hear it in themselves, more than I have already been doing all my life. I want you to be empowered and know that you know more than you every could imagine you know.

Healing yourself and those around you part 1

FOOD IS BEING THROWN AWAY more than ever. We CAN, when people know what they are doing, plant and raise real food and keep the soil healthy! Even the organic stuff is being affected, but that can change.  We have guts that do not absorb well from the compromised, poor food we have been inflicted with. WE WANT TO BE ALIVE BUT WE EAT DEAD, TOXIC FOOD!

FIGHT TO KNOW!

I have lived a life of know only natural health and healing with food and with other modes of holistic healing and wellness.

I would like to encourage you to keep up with my web page here, my blogs, my Facebook page blogs, and also utilize other web pages and information such as listed below.  I have a lifetime of research I plan to put onto my web page, use in my live classes, and use in my daily client coaching and massage.  I would like you to encourage the youth to come into this world and learn all they can while they are young to avoid and prevent the things that can come up in later years.  I am an advocate for the youth being taught as I was and grow up with an approach to living that most have forgotten or know little about in this country of ours.

Again, below are just a few of the places you can grow and learn without being overwhelmed.  My sight will stay simple also, and link you to many connections to fit your own individual needs.

Let’s get healthy together!!  Let’s combat the growing number of mainstream health issues the pharmaceutical industry is not doing much for, except causing the populations to grow sicker.

Not about you anymore…..

When your career, or other aspect of life, is helping others, it is not about you anymore. Where is the CENTER, the grounding, the source? WE have to achieve center. When we are thinking centered, we are thinking from the core instead of the head.

Wisdom is just that. Awareness is heart-minded guidance. Our energy needs to be about manifestation of the two. Center. Balance.

Believe. Be present.  The healing power of Jesus may have just simply been presence.

Your body is your business. No one, not doctors or family or friends, knows the body better than you. We have been trained to give our power over... question that! Question and listen to your gut, your intuition.

Physically diagnose with the stress responses in your life.  What was the response to a situation before sickness occurred to make us susceptible to the illness?

Write your own prescription.

Surrender. Desire. Turn it over. Illness and issues can be the turning point to spiritual awakening.

Keep hope alive. You are not alone.

Primary Foods: Relationships

The article is so right on…It is the most correct of any thing anyone can ever say or advise. IT is the truth. It may feel awful or we may want to deny it all, but it is the truth. Health is not just what is going on with your body, or what is on your plate. The primary foods are relationships, spirituality, career, and physical activity. This article gets to the core and makes the point that it is only in true individuality that we figure things out and make things better. It cannot be done by anyone but the two involved. Each one has to come to the individual realizations and then reconnect. Once we regain this ability to take away expectations, not only will our relationships change, but our health as well. Be healthy.

Three kinds of expectations

It’s still the most surprising thing Becky has ever said to me.

“OK,” she declared. “I’ve decided to lower my expectations of you.”

Becky has a theory and after two decades together I’m convinced she’s right: Most conflict and unhappiness in relationships comes from three kinds of expectations.

Unreasonable

Sometimes our expectations are unreasonable. In the early days of our marriage Becky expected a certain standard of living but also expected me to be more available to her than I could be with a full-time job. I expected us to always have sex as often as we did on our honeymoon. We both find ourselves expecting too much from our kids today – a seven year-old is going to forget his coat at school sometimes. And it will be on the coldest day of the year. It’s just going to happen.

Sometimes the expectations we have for those we love are too lofty or misplaced entirely. Becky’s taught me to change, lower, or completely do away with those expectations that can bring resentment and frustration into our marriage.

Unclear

Sometimes our expectations are reasonable but not communicated well…or at all. A friend of mine recently blew up at his wife because she never initiates sex. At the same time, it turned out, his wife had been harboring resentment against him for never taking her out on a date.

Dates and sex and compliments and a day off and flowers and…and a lot of other good things just mean more to us if we don’t have to ask for them, right? We think that if someone really loves us, really cares, really understands us, then they’ll just know what we need. And we’re wrong. Love does not give us the super power to read minds.

How many expectations could be met if we would only communicate them clearly?

Unmet

Sometimes we get it right. Our expectations are reasonable and clear. But they’re still not being met.

Man, does that hurt. I feel devalued. I take it personally. I’ve learned from Becky’s example to clearly communicate that, too.

Unexpected

“I’ve decided to lower my expectations of you,” Becky said. What a gift that was! I no longer felt like a failure. I felt lighter. But I also wanted more than ever to be a better husband. I wanted to meet her expectations, no matter how high.

It’s still surprising how being expected to do less motivated me to do more. Maybe that’s just me. But maybe not. Maybe the people in your life will exceed your expectations, too, if you take the time to adjust your expectations of them first.

The best caregiver is YOU….

Take care of yourself so that you can give more to those you love, and more.

ALL PARENTS/Caregivers, NEED some R&R at some point in the day or week or month. All Parents/caregivers love to see their little ones happy and crave bonding with them. Call me or message me to find out more about infant massage classes, for some “time out” massage time, to set up family/parent/child health coaching sessions, or to make a wellness plan for your athletic active children (including how to prevent or heal those injuries).

One of the best caregiver videos I have ever seen. No judgment.
Just parenting in the end.
