1. Remember what has always been and always will be true, “I am unshakably good.” “You are unshakably good.” AND, “You are an Eternal heir” “I am an Eternal heir”. It is just true.
Oh how the world changes when we embody this.
2. The fastest way to change your mind-state, body chemistry and move out of fight or flight (the stress response) is 5 full breaths with the exhale longer than the inhale. This is science people!
Bonus points if you focus the breath on the heart. Second bonus if you figure out what that Breath in really is! Hint: Look up.
3. Practice gratitude or appreciation. “All the cool kids are doing it!”
Real gratitude. Something you truly FEEL and can marinate in. AND it leads to forgiveness and peace.
Bonus points if you get up and offer it to the Father/Creator/Messiish
Tend your piece of the web/world/living/universe. Make beauty & joy in all the sufferings and all the good times. Stay in the Word. Offer it to the world in your unique way.
I took a walk in the woods, as I often do, but today light rain. I found many “dry” spots I could stand without feeling a single drop. That is the canopy of the trees. It is protection from the elements of rain, or direct sun. It can be a place of warmth or cool, depending upon the season. What do you see in the canopy? Stand under a canopy and think on the following meditation.
Your daily habits. Your daily routines. Your daily choices you make. They are all taking you in a direction. Are they taking you in the direction you want to go?
The choices you make is like a “vote” into the person you will become. How does that make you feel? What does that person look like?
Are you struggling to make healthy choices? Are you struggling to create positive thinking?
I Peter 5:7 “And cast all your concern upon Yahweh God, because He is concerned about you”. You do not have to live perfectly. Everything you do is NOT always about improving your health and mind. It is OK to have fun, belly laugh, cry and let go often; this is part of having a healthy mind and spirit as well.
Acts 20:24 “But, for me, I don’t count my soul a thing, so as that I should complete my course, and The Ministry that I received from Our Lord Yeshua so that I should Testify concerning the Hopeful Message/The Gospel of The Grace of God”.
What are you offering? Are you getting away from the noise of the world enough to engage in it? Real life is found outside the comfort zone, outside the perfect zone, and outside the box you have put yourself in.
“My life changed so much seven years ago it makes my head spin. Overnight, 50 percent of my diet and the foods I loved were no longer something I could enjoy. I am not alone. My story is one among thousands. Alpha-gal rocked my world! It was mind-boggling! I have had peri ‐ menopausal food sensitivities, hormone food sensitivities, and more, but nothing like this obnoxious tick-borne food allergy. It is the “weed” that the Father used to inspire this book. “Weed” is the nickname I have given alpha-gal, and other obnoxious things that get into our bodies and lives. Alpha-gal syndrome (AGS), or alpha-gal (AG for short), is in its early research and did not even have a name until recently. Some people have had it misdiagnosed for twenty to forty years. I have opinions and research on it linked to Lyme coinfections dating back long ago. Its roots cannot be traced easily because it slipped in unperceived, overlooked, and unrecognized. Like a weed.”
The next few blogs will be excerpts from my only published book. I would like for it to go out to as many as needs it. It is for empowerment and hope.
I had been a complete and total captive of core emotional baggage filled over years and did not even know it had occurred. Primary Food is not on your plate. Health is Heart, Mind, Soul, Body, Balance, together.
Fear causes marked deactivation of cerebellum (back part of brain with most blood flow). Fear increases confusion.

I struggle with expectations daily. I expect things to go a certain way, or be in a particular shape, or that people in my life will perform the way I had in my mind. Here is a quote from a faithful lady, Michelle of Faithful workouts.
“managing your expectations doesn’t mean you shouldn’t set goals or dream for your life. However, I strongly believe in setting action-based goals, rather than outcome-based ones. Here’s what I mean:
Instead of setting a goal to lose five pounds in 10 days, focus on specific actions you can control. For example, set a goal to exercise for 30 minutes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8am. Keep your added-sugars intake to under 24 grams for five days this week.
If your goal is purely outcome-driven – like losing five pounds in 10 days (expectation) – you might end up frustrated if you do everything right but only lose three pounds (reality). “
Think about these things today. Think about these things daily. Put you daily routine into a new light and perspective.

Every now and then, I read through old journals and notebooks. I love to journal, and have always found it to be beneficial for my sanity. Today, I read through a mini notebook of thoughts I had while my kids were younger. I was attempting to be a better me, a better mother, and wife, than those before me. I was doing my best to find out what the Father wanted me to be. I was passionate about being the best example I could be. I was not trying to be perfect, but I was wanting to be more than just mindful. Below are the things written (things in parenthesis are my present thoughts in response to the past thought).
Confirmation to myself, With Yahweh’s guidance:
* I will not say everything I am going to do out loud, except when absolutely necessary. Examples for not are: fixing preventing, solutions, and punishment); examples of necessary are: times of going to a place, emergency, instructions.
*I will say or give instructions once, and make sure I am heard that one time. (this one made me laugh).
*I will do that which comes to mind to do, only in punishment, consequences, or solutions to problems easily fixed, and mostly without voice. (I am not sure what this was for but It meant something to me about my voice projection I am sure).
*Do not tell when I will prevent or cure a health issue. Do it only. (I believe I was getting resistance, and so I was just being proactive to avoid confrontation.
*Do not tell when I am frustrated by slow tasks, or time. Move on. Make more time. (this was a patience practice for me).
*Do not tell out loud what I should have done, could have done, etc. Move on. Do what I can. (lifelong practice LOL).
*Do not point out all of the kids’ mistakes. Provide solutions only.
*Do not condemn more than praise. Praise a lot more!
OK, so far, I see a pattern of my mouth and tongue being noticed as something I need to work on as a parent and as a wife. I can say that some of these I am still working on. Is there ever an end to our madness? I believe I have improved, but take much of our work to our grave. I will continue with more of my mini journal writing.
Keep tongue tied, mostly.
I agree to abide by the things set in this notebook.
Keep mouth shut during cycle week, making requests carefully and gently, due to higher intolerance. Double guard my tongue. Smile more during this week. (this made me laugh)
Listen to the kids. Use phrases from their words to let them know I have heard them. Make agreements that work for them and me. Make work fun. Let them know I am aware of their feelings, and if I am not aware, let them know.
Remember, we are not always responsible for the child’s behavior. Children do not have the same standards as we do. We should not be the boss, but rather the authority and teacher/facilitator. Results are ours together.
I believe I was really being molded as a mother. Have you checked yourself lately? I remember always reminding myself not to compare myself to other mothers, or even the proverbs mother. I was the mother I made myself to be. What is your perception of being a mom? Continuing the mini journal, I will finish up this article and allow the journal to speak for itself.
Love unconditionally. It seems Yahweh is the only one with the capacity to do this, yet I believe He has given us the power to have this kind of love if we desire it enough. I will learn to gain more of this kind of Love. Our ways please the Father…NO! His ways are the only ways. His way needs to become our way. Just because we are doing good, does not mean we are doing HIS ways.
Read passages on pages 1-5 again. (LOL! this is just like me…having to go over my own stuff again and again in my lifetime, and still today).
Look, see, listen. Be positive. I allow and I have a choice to be negative, OR make it positive, learn something from the brambles. Example is greater than my teaching.
Mindfulness: to remember, to mention, recount, record, put to rememberance, still, think on. Zakar in Hebrew. Psalm 8, 111:5, 115:12, Psalm 118:8 is the middle of the bible, and says, “It is better to trust in Yahweh than to put confidence in Man”.
Respect: a gift wrapped in the beautiful paper of kind words and tied with the enormous ribbon of a loving spirit. It is a pouring out of ourselves. It is an offering our husbands and kids need. It is not an easy gift to give.
Appreciate things done by someone else instead of reprimanding them for doing something out of sequence, or not “my way”. Different is not bad, just different.
Let go. Release. Guard the mind. Fill the mind. rest the mind. Exercise the mind. Be inspired by the mind. Forgive (with and without words). Show forgiveness.
One more thought to end this message from my mini journal.
Yahweh gave me a message about lemons, from a realistic and logical, health, perspective. A lemon is a cleanser. There is not anything negative about a lemon. It’s rind is the most concentrated source of vitamin C. It’s juice cleans the liver. The lemon kills bad bacteria, WAKES the senses and mind, and tones the muscles. The list for lemon positivity can keep going for pages. When sugar is added to the cleansing lemon, it becomes less able to be at its highest value. Sugar is not good for the liver in high levels, and we have to put loads of sugar into the lemon to sweeten it up. So, when you look at a lemon, see it as cleansing; squeeze the juice and pulp out, then grate the zest from the rind. The zest gives life and takes away mucus. Sugar creates mucus. Sugar coating the lemon does not make it better, it covers the potential.

How are your anger issues related to your cervical spine? How is neck injury or stomach pains related to your emotions? How do your fears fit into your health? How is arthritis related to what is going on deep inside of you?
Sometime between the dreams of your youth and yesterday’s to-do list, something precious has been lost: your priceless.
I am ready.
Ready for what you ask?
I am ready to sit next to you rather than across from you. I am willing to put the issue in front of us. I am ready to listen, ask questions, and accept that I may not fully understand the issue. I am ready to acknowledge what you do well. I am ready to empower you. I am ready to recognize your strengths and how you can use them to address your challenges. I am ready to genuinely thank you for your efforts. I am ready to talk to you about how resolving will lead you to your growth and opportunity.
I am ready to model the vulnerability and openness that I will see from you.
Are you ready?
Walk away with confidence, authority, and will to: mend, heal, prevent, prepare, treat, research and utilize all options, question and prove all information, and understand your story from the inside out. Understand what “medicine” is.
How our __(put each phrase below here)____ affects our health. Say it out loud.
Oxygen. I have written how oxygen is key to keeping our immune system in order and our blood cells healthy. As ordinary as breathing may seem, the intake of oxygen sustains human life at its most fundamental level. This can be seen in the very first book of the Bible in Genesis 2:7: “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life: and man became a living soul.” The body has an immediate, moment-by-moment need for oxygen; not water, not food … oxygen. Not surprisingly, God has supplied us with more than a few foods that promote oxygen-rich blood to nourish this vital life requirement. Oxygen supports the body’s health, along with foods that build oxygen-rich blood to include in your daily diet (deep greens, kelp, blueberries, lemons, etc.). I like the article above, but I will not say you have to be a vegetarian to attain this kind of health, because each person’s needs are very different; I advocate finding what that is in yourself, but that the diet needs to be mostly raw is definite truth and fact.
On the subject of oxygen, I have learned more about the concept of life itself; I have a brief perspective in the following example.
I love to write! I have always loved to take notes and journal every part of my life. I never realized I could write without being perfectly able to write and so I lopped it off my radar. I wrote loads of poems as I grew up, and into adulthood. I wrote a song when I was an older teen that was performed in church as a special music long ago. And, I had the idea/dream to do children’s books at one point in my life with old manuscript ideas for those written down in my journals, but I let them slide from lies (deep in my conscious) that I am not a writer. Writers are just that—writers. Not all writers write correctly or with flow; that is what publishers and editors are for. I have learned this. I learned I don’t have to be good at all the aspects of writing to be a writer. I just need the passion and will to do so, and let the others come in and make it sound great. I have learned this same lesson in many areas of my life in recent years. Take an active part in your journey: You were created to use your talents to perform your passions, to accomplish your mission. Look up the book “Find the work you’re wired to do” by Ken Coleman. I just took the assessment, and I will say it is nothing like I have taken in the past. It confirmed, brought out what I just said above as a light bulb moment, for an example of how this test can change your way of thinking about things you lopped off, but can really be YOUR life after all.
I need more and updated reviews on Google, and Facebook likes/follows. Would you please take a few minutes, and it really is just a few minutes, to write a 5-star review about your services with me. It will help me to stay on top of the search bar for our area. BE as detailed as you feel you want to be. Health coaching, massage, and other services you have had with me, can be placed on the review. REVIEWS for Natural Helping Hands for Google
I am a good step in the process to better your health. I truly care that you are empowered. I care that you take charge of your health, mind, body, and life soul. I care that you live, filling your entire being with path markers to encourage you forward to the next step.
The reasons why you need a health coach are in this full article copied below from IIN.
As wellness has increased in popularity and the Internet has become an unprecedented resource for everything from recipes to research, many have taken their health into their own hands and experienced a wide range of results. With that has come the explosion of unverified information, confusion, and more yo-yo dieting than ever before!
The truth is there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach that’s going to work for everyone, and figuring out the most nourishing diet and lifestyle for YOU isn’t easy.
There are many factors that go into finding your unique balance, such as your family ancestry, body type, personal preferences, life circumstances, schedule, location, access to resources, and much more. Putting it all together in a way that makes sense and allows you to thrive requires a personal touch from someone knowledgeable and supportive. That’s where a Health Coach comes in!
A Health Coach can help you sort out truth from fiction, provide you with customized information that’s relevant to you and your individual challenges or goals, and most importantly give you the opportunity to ask questions and speak freely in a supportive environment.
1. You feel like something might be off with your health, but you’re not sure what it is. In addition to consulting your primary care provider, working with a Health Coach can help you dig deeper into what you’re experiencing, get to the root of your imbalance, and find new ways to help you feel your best again. From fatigue and low energy to acne and digestive issues, Health Coaches guide clients through listening to their bodies and making sustainable lifestyle adjustments to fix seemingly minor issues that may have major effects on health!
In addition, the Wall Street Journal reported on the value and effectiveness of health and wellness coaches.
In a recent article, they report that there is “a broader shift within the health-care industry toward keeping people well instead of simply treating them when they’re sick.” And that “although wellness coaching is a relatively new field, some recent research suggests that it does work—at least in the short term.”
2. You’re more likely to accomplish goals when you have guidance and accountability. Whether it is having trouble addressing your cravings, finding the motivation to keep up with your fitness routine, or getting inspired to be more creative in the kitchen, a Health Coach can help you establish the structure you need to make progress toward your goals. Regular check-ins with a Health Coach will help you feel accountable for the health decisions you make in a way that is motivating and encouraging.
3. You want to improve your diet and lifestyle but you’re not sure where to begin. One day you’re vegan, the next day you’re paleo, and the day after that you’re sure that Mediterranean is the way to go. Sound familiar? A Health Coach can help you take the pressure off perfection and simply take things one step at a time.
4. You’re tired of dieting, deprivation, and the frustration that comes with trying to lose weight.
If you’ve tried every diet under the sun and are fed up with feeling discouraged, a Health Coach will help you reconnect with your primary goals and what’s preventing you from achieving them. Health isn’t just about nutrition – in fact, weight loss comes with a variety of lifestyle related challenges that a Health Coach can help you safely address so you can shed the weight for good.
5. You want to become a more positive health influence on the people around you. Your first priority should be to establish healthy habits for yourself, and through that process you will inevitably become a positive role model for the people around you. A Health Coach can help you refine your own health and through that process, provide you with ways to inspire others along your journey, whether it’s your family, your community, or those whose lives you touch through your work.
6. You’re looking for a more personal approach to health from a caring individual who has your best interest at heart. If you’ve exhausted the Internet and find yourself overwhelmed with all the information out there and are unsure where to begin your wellness journey, a Health Coach is definitely for you. They will help you create a personalized roadmap to health that prioritizes simple methods that will support you to find lasting health and happiness.

Research Review: Diana Robles discusses research on postnatal depression & outcomes after infant massage (Video)
Nurturing touch elicits release of the hormone oxytocin, which is associated with a calm mood and affiliative behavior. According to research at Stanford University, infant massage can improve babies’ sleep, reduce fussiness, increase relaxation for mothers and infants, improve lactation for mothers, and reduce postpartum depression in mothers (excerpt from https://cedarskids.org/news/news.html/article/2021/08/11/hold-me-close-physical-touch-and-brain-development).
