What is Wrong With This Article?

First, read this article – Apricot Seeds: Cancer Treatment or Danger to Health? Then come back, and we can discuss it.

I will go over some things wrong and see if you all picked up on the same junk.

One, the title of the article is a red flag right off. The place it is coming from is the first clue (pharma organization).

Two, the article goes through and states all the great benefits and proof of the benefits of these seeds nutritionally.  They know they are good for you to eat.

Three, the article states many companies and way to use the seeds for food, and none of those are shut down or given negative words…that is huge! They state that the seeds eaten raw are dangerous, but you can grind them into flour and eat them in other forms!! Catch that?! One has to be very careful reading these articles run by the pharmaceutical agencies.

Four, the article states that 50-60 raw seeds is the researched amount of amygdalin/cyanide toxicity leading to death, and toxicity in lower amounts.  It lists other foods and seeds with this amygdalin (converts to cyanide) element in them but does not give them negative credit. It goes into the dangers of cyanide and what it can do. The article never proves this.

Five, after the article praises all the benefits, it consistently uses phrases, “There is currently no evidence…”, and “There is no scientific evidence…”, which are bogus statements.  Evidence is and always has been there for all fruit seeds to have these cancer-fighting properties, but the FDA and other organizations cannot make money off of this stuff and therefore put things like this to the side, disregard it, and create articles like this to sway the common man from the truth. Proof of this is in stories like the one in the article, where a man found an important component, B17, and then the FDA decided not to allow it to be sold in the states (they know it works but cannot get the profit from it because those men do not sell out to them, etc., another subject all together).

Six, the end of the article gives the clue that they just ate their words of “no evidence”, when they state, “There may be promise with using chemicals from apricot kernels…”; this just proves that they do know the truth, and they do have all the evidence and are trying to find a way to make it theirs.

Watch out for this kind of junk. Be careful reading all things. Prove all things. This article made me laugh all the way through, how they contradicted and ate their words all the way through, and tried to justify everything with partial evidence (not all sides).

OH, BY THE WAY, it is helping immensely to eat these seeds and kernels from fruit to rid my Alpha-gal. It is staying part of my protocol. Ask about my protocol.

Wrestling and Revealing (continuing the study of Job and life)

The Bible after Google: Evangelicals consider impact of technology on Bible readingOK, here we are again. I have some new thoughts as I have been through more of Job. (for my thoughts on the first part of Job see Truth Gets Real)

Job’s friends get very argumentative and aggressive toward the end of the conversation. They seemed right on in the beginning, and seemed like they are sent to reveal to Job something he never saw in his life, YET,  their conversations between each other and with Job are strikingly changing as one reads on and on into the book.

I feel like Job at this time in my life. I feel like all the work I have done to be healthy, eat healthy, think healthy, has been for naught. I then think of Job. He reveals what I feel – well, not quite as dramatic and not quite the loss – but, not eating mammal meat and dairy and nuts is life changing and harsh in my mind, and knowing that I can come in contact with something unknowingly every time I am out and about has set in me a fear I cannot seem to quench.  I am unsettled with what the purpose is in all of this mess of mineral depletion and deleted foods from my diet from a tiny tick carrying a mammal protein my body will not accept.   I cannot blame the Creator of all things. I cannot blame my lifestyle. I cannot blame anything really.

This is one of those “there are no answers” situations.  I have to be OK with the not knowing, move on to the healing, and know I can now be a light to others with it. None of this makes things any easier for the mind, heart, and soul.

One of the best renditions of Job comes out of a book called Inspired by Rachel Held Evens, where she screen writes Job, the friends, and Yahweh into a cafeteria scene in our modern times.  Job is a revealing that life is a way and the way has ups, downs, deserts and promised lands, and the way is not unscathed.

Truth Gets Real

The time to read Job is not when you are well, and all seems good in life. The time to read Job is when you are in a deep trial and loss in life.

Last night, as I read, I asked the Almighty to help me understand I John 1-5. I am stumped to some things in there. This morning I had a deep need to read Job instead, a book I have not read in quite some time, or just the ending.  I have read the first 10 chapters.   His friends came and sat with him, said nothing, to comfort him, which is what they needed to keep on doing and say little. They had messages and opinions, but they knew the temperament of Job, and they knew that he was upright in all his ways and wise.  When they spoke, the Bible translations want to belittle them and say that they were not helping, because Job was anguished by their words and became worse each time they spoke. YET, there is purpose in all they said and did. I am hearing and seeing the faith of Job, who is struggling and wrestling with Yahweh in his innocent anguish; he admits they are telling some truth but he knows he does not fit into it and will not give in to it, but he cannot figure out just why he is not giving in and why he does not fit in to the common mold of what his friends say–what he knows most fall into.  He is in pain, angry,  humiliated, brought down, removed from normal life as it was, and feeling tortured.  He is asking for revealing; this revealing is coming forth by a cause which Job will never know .   His friends are doing what Job had done with them so many times before.  The tables are being turned.  But, Job was a good, righteous man, not perfect, but not deserving of anything he is going through.  Job is a fault in the bible to us, right in the middle, to show us that life is not all cut and stacked with answers to everything.

I will continue to read Job this week.  I believe I will see truth in it I never saw before, only because I am in the middle of a physical and spiritual battle of my own.  I believe I have something still to see in order to fully heal from this AG and other allergy weeds that have developed in my healthy body and rocked my world.  I am anguished by the constant foods and products I cannot use or eat or even be around.  I am puzzled by the healing I thought I had, and now feel I never really had, or have I lost it somehow. I have lived a healthy lifestyle, and yet I find myself with a body that shows deterioration that does not fit into the “healthy” lifestyle results I had in mind.

OH, about John, I have not been back to John yet, but maybe I needed to wrestle with it also for a while; this is not a bad thing but what we are meant to do with the Word.

Rejoice in affliction, and allow revealing. It is real. It does prick the deepest part of the soul.

ADRENAL EXHAUSTION

Adrenal and kidney are in the same complex of the body…they are the battery of the body. They can become exhausted. Quote from Quantum Academies: ” They say that this battery is 50% rechargeable, which means you can exhaust it to a point, and by resting and rejuvenating, your body will naturally recharge. Maybe this is the intelligence behind resting on the seventh day.  However, if we push ourselves beyond normal  exhaustion, we may get a ‘second wind’ of energy, but at this point, we are dipping into our non-rechargeable half of the battery.”

THINK ABOUT THIS! I loved the 7th day thing because I am a firm believer in it, and it works. But, think on the rest of what was said. Listen to your inner core. Do you hear the truth of what you just read?

The adrenals are little glands perched atop our kidneys. Without them, our bodies could not adapt to stress.  I once knew a school teacher who relied on caffeine to get him through his workday for his entire career.  Caffeine and sugar are two of the worst dietary adrenal stressors, by the way.  By the time he retired, his adrenals were ‘toast’, and he was on medication on which his life depended.  Under-active and exhausted adrenals are a prime signature of chronic stress. A combination of poor nutrition in the first place along with accumulated habitual stress responses conspire to exhaust our batteries, sometimes beyond repair.   Under chronic stress, the adrenals can become initially overactive (hyperadrenia). Symptoms and conditions include: (males) muscular ‘square build’, baldness, excess body hair(testosterone)…(females) excess body hair, unusual physical strength, puffy face, fluid retention, rapid pulse, high blood pressure. This then turns into low adrenals (exhausted) due to chronic stress and poor nutritional support. Symptoms are: excess neck, head, and shoulder tension, sensitivity to bright lights, unusual craving for salt, ‘lump’ in the throat when upset, must lie down when stressed or upset, allergies-(especially skin, inhalant, asthma), form goosebumps easily, excess perspiration, cold sweats, high pitched voice when stressed, easily strained by noise, heart ‘pounds’.

The adrenals have an inner core and outer core. The inner (Medulla) is directly affected by Stress and the Sympathetic Nervous system (the gas pedal).  The outer (cortex) produces hormones that affect almost all bodily systems.  With a strong stress link, issues like chronic anxiety, fear, anger, and hypervigilance can lead to adrenal exhaustion.  The emotional correlates would be chronic defeatism, feeling overpowered, self-neglected, self-anger (depression) and lack of self-approval.  Knowing these issues points to the importance of considering adrenal exhaustion and supporting adrenal regeneration when dealing with these emotional themes.  (Addison’s disease and Cushing’s syndrome are more serious conditions of this exhaustion).  Hypoglycemia and menopausal symptoms are also low adrenal issues.

B5 (pantothenic acid) depletion is a huge contributor to atrophy (shrinkage of the glands). Never take B’s single; use a multi B with 100 mg of each in the formula.

You are in front of “it”…

Conviction = spirit resolving

Condemnation = emotion, shame, Satan led

Romans 8:1 — Talk to your issue, respond to it, convict yourself in the spirit of the Father, and run to the Father, instantly, before the condemnation sets in.

Nothing we do or say is a shock to the Almighty.  One issue may be the 100th time to you (because we go over and over it), but it is not to Yahweh; it is only one, and it is forgiven one, and it is done and gone.

Disappointments and setbacks are NOT the wrong path. Set forth to read the examples of those lives written in the Word. Sit with those who have been where you are, taken hold, and moved forward. These paths are all patterns to follow, for they all were pursuing something set before them, keeping their eyes on the vision and purpose they were to fulfill.  Someone is always behind you. You are a pattern those behind you are following. At the same time, “Pharaoh” (fear, shame, condemnation) is pursuing you. Keep him behind you. David not a man after God’s own heart; David was a man “AFTER” God’s own heart. We read about David incorrectly. David was daily striving with self and others, daily sinning, daily in war, yet He “PURSUED” the word of the Lord. He was pursuing (after), following, moving forward, and constantly becoming the man Yahweh wanted him to be.  We are not to be like David, the man, but to be pursuing after the Father as David did.

Running while looking backward is dangerous; you will fall. The setbacks and disappointments are behind you. the issue is behind you.  When you have said something or done something, or someone has caused chaos in your life, it is done. YOU ARE IN FRONT OF IT!  Look forward, move forward, run toward the Father, and pursue the resolution.

We can go into the world as missionaries, or we can become the mission field.

Our life should be always about the Father’s business, to be seeking his leading, and to know that He took us into His bosom and will keep us there. Our goal is not to look upon the Messiah as our great example; this is a burden. He is the one who took all of our sins. He is the one who erases those sins.  He tears down fear, shame, and condemnation, so that He may build up in us the spirit of power, might and sound mind we were created with.

You are in front of it.

I am ready

I am ready.

Ready for what you ask?

I am ready to sit next to you rather than across from you. I am willing to put the issue in front of us. I am ready to listen, ask questions, and accept that I may not fully understand the issue. I am ready to acknowledge what you do well.  I am ready to empower you.  I am ready to recognize your strengths and how you can use them to address your challenges.  I am ready to genuinely thank you for your efforts.  I am ready to talk to you about how resolving will lead you to your growth and opportunity.

I am ready to model the vulnerability and openness that I will see from you.

Oxygen – Where Did It Go?

Oxygen, a key element to our life on this planet

I have walked through this year with one of the most complex allergies I have ever heard of (Alpha-Gal, see previous posts for more info on this allergy).  I have bombed it with herbal therapy, nutritional/mineral medicine, natural cellular therapies, massage therapy, chiropractic, and biofeedback.  Being a health coach and wellness therapist, I was not going to allow this “weed” to own my system.  I began to consider oxygen because of the research into nutritional anemia. I noticed that when I took chlorophyll I felt better. I added it to the Breathe herbal tincture mix I used when I had an allergic reaction to a mammal product ( I also took charcoal).  The chlorophyll helped the side effects from the immune response, hormonal response and adrenal responses the Alpha-gal caused.

One day, I was at the chiropractor with a major migraine. We had discussed many times how this allergy had caused old injuries and nerve damage issues to reappear, and worse than before.  They also had a way of causing great trouble during certain times in my monthly cycle.  He suggested I try a new therapy, Hyperbaric because it was very successful in killing Lyme.  I decided that was an answer to prayer and began the therapy the following week. I have gone every day for almost 40 sessions (5 days a week).  I have had some amazing, noticeable changes in my body, sleep, energy, and hormones.  I believe the old injury issues have been released and are in the process of being completely healed.  I have not had a migraine once during these weeks. I believe it has killed the Alpha-gal and any Lyme I may have had. I will be testing the allergy in the coming two weeks for confirmation (self-diagnosis trials with food, and follow up allergy testing at the clinic). Along with all of that, I have mentally and emotionally been uplifted through this process. Anxiety is gone.

We are supposed to be taking it in. In outdoor activity and in eating. Any and all issues will benefit and heal with enough oxygen in our blood cells, or cellular level of our systems. We begin with it (embryo oxygen tank) and we end with it (last breath).  Further back, Man was created with the “breath of life” – oxygen.  Our future with the Creator is made up of the Breath of Life, Oxygen –  for eternity.

I began with the title, Oxygen – Where Did It Go? It is on the decrease in this world. Our land, water, and air are depleted of this essential element.  There is proof all over the planet where lakes have dying fish from lack of oxygen, and farmland has to be supplemented constantly to make it produce.  Humans have weakened and reduced the living things of this earth, and we are now living with the consequences of it all.  Our only option is to supplement because even if things turned around right now, and everyone began to do right with the earth, it would take generations before the oxygen would come back to what it once was.

I believe the Earth does have a time of healing and renewing in the future. For now, however, I hope to give you some hope that there still are some amazing ways to retain that oxygen level in your bodies. Hyperbaric is one. Herbs are another (because they have not been overproduced like much of our food has). Watch for my blog to come on that subject later.

I have been on this road ever since contracting this ghastly AG also, and believe what this mom believes it is (combination stuff, not just AG, and triggers). It is a long read but worth the time. Grow your knowledge because you will know someone with this at some point, as this is a growing “weed”.

Smoke and other summer obstacles

Hello everyone.

I intended to have a video blog, but I am not going to have one of those today. I am going to write a few things concerning the obstacles I, and many like me, have to deal with this time of year.  SMOKE. It is the time of year grills are fired up, and smokers are going daily.  This is not good for me. I am allergic to smoke from these devices because of a mammal allergy (AG). If you have followed my blogs, you know a lot about Alpha Gal (AG) mammal allergy. If this is the first time reading anything about such an allergy, then please visit my web page to learn more.  This is a crazy allergy. It is not just ingesting internal mammal foods that affects me, it is fumes also, and some times skin contact (which is why I wash a lot with vegan soap, and carry vegan Seventh Gen sanitizing wipes with me everywhere).  It is difficult to avoid the smoke this time of year. I am an outdoor person. I love to camp, hike, and go to the lakes and parks. This has been a tough week for me emotionally and physically, from allergic reactions just by doing what I love to do and go where I love to go.  I attended a family, outdoor, military retirement party, at a lake, and had a little ingestion of some grilling smoke from nearby campsites. We stayed at at a family member’s home and I had allergic reactions from the fumes of cooking beef at breakfast time.  We attended a ball game of a family member spontaneously, and that particular field had someone grilling (no other field had grilling, just this one where the food vendors were); I had to stay away and never watched the game, which was depressing.  We smoked turkeys all day for a camp event, and I had a minor reaction to the fumes of those, because of other things that had been cooked in the smoker/grill on other occasions. I stopped in to my local grocery to pick up a quick item, and got into smoke from the store grilling in front of the doorway, and it blowing across the parking lot.  It is everywhere, the fumes. I am not as bad as many who have AG, and do not go into anaphylactic shock, but I do react and it is scary no matter.  It is a delayed reaction, making it even more difficult to take care of.  I have my reactions 11:30-2 at night every time, no matter when the contact with mammal sources. I believe I am on track using natural means to rid this AG from my body, but it takes time, and until then, this is my life.

This allergy is just a life game changer.  I intend to keep on fully living, but all I do and every where I go is high risk.  I guess this is life for all humans depending upon the perspective.  We all live in certain risk at all times. An allergy just adds to the risk that much more vulnerability.  This is life for me for a while. This is life for many of my friends with food allergies, asthma, and other similar things that just take a bit of life out of our summer outdoor fun.  Let us be aware of these things and these people around us.

Become advocates to everyone you come in contact with; talk to managers of stores, restaurants, and parks when something can be improved.  It takes little effort to make a big difference . Keep living and doing the fun things you love to do.  Keep on figuring out ways to rid the nasty stuff our of our bodies. Keep on striving for healing. Be careful, but do not allow fear to rule.  Be prepared, but  not paranoid.
