Hello and welcome to a series I will be putting onto the blog for the next few weeks, hopefully one or two new ones each week. The subject will be about what healing from Alpha Gal and Lyme diseases and other chronic “weeds” actually look like (remember I use the word weed a lot for any junk stuff that get into my mind, body and spirit). I wrote a book about these weeds and how I have rid the culprit out (Alpha Gal and Lyme). I have not written much about the aftermath of it all, the years of die off and dealing with the residual left overs from it all.

While dealing with the AG and Lyme, I began to see huge negative changes in my eyesight, hormones, blood sugar regulation, and attitude. As I healed, I began to see improvements in most of those side effects and symptoms. My eyes have been the most annoying issue. I began to need glasses all day long after AG, even to the point of not passing the eye exam at the DMV.

I would like to create space here to share what I have learned, and how I have slowly figured out the why, the science behind it all, and the how strategy to put it all better than it was before. I have become a brain warrior, committed to sustainable change and wellness, to have a body that will have greater ability to fend off the enemy that wants to come into it.

Below is a few excerpts from my book, Weeds A health journey of struggle, discovery and healing from the Master Gardener

“Shame and Fear are the bottom line causes for all negative issues.  These things take hold by graveling with our hearts and minds. They attack our thresholds, and tear down our ability to let go. We build expectations in everything. Expectations are not healthy no matter how much we twist the truth of the word. Expectations lead to distress in body, mind and soul. Expectations lead to “unforgivingness” (unforgiveness as most call it) with others, self, situations, and things. (note: unforgivingness is NOT just with humans)”

“Unforgiveness leads to stress and anxiety of all levels. Unforgiveness is poison. The way to release stress and anxiety is to get rid of the toxins creating it, one at a time, pulling them out like weeding a garden. Forgiveness, releasing, and serving heal the heart (quite literally) and give your health back. Col. 3:13 reads, “ bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you”

“ONE weed a day.”

“I made a commitment to be in my physical garden every day. I see more fruit than weeds with this approach. When this is applied to the body, mind and soul, stress and anxiety decrease greatly. When stress and anxiety decrease, the body heals from the inside out, heals the organs, heals the brain, heals the nerves, and heals the bones. You see where I am going with this?”

“Your mind is ready to grow what is in it. Weeds come naturally, without planting or cultivation. The Word talks of “every wind of doctrine” because he knows the ways of the weeds and how they blow on the wind from one clean field to another. How do you think the days of Noah were as they were?”

“Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as Yahweh in Messiah also has forgiven you.” Eph 4:31-32 NASB

“When faced with a decision, many people say they are waiting for God. But I understand, in most cases, God is waiting for me.”

“Everybody wants to be on the mountaintop, but if you’ll remember, mountaintops are rocky and cold. There is no growth on the top of a mountain. Sure, the view is great, but what’s a view for? A view just gives us a glimpse of our next destination-our next target. But to hit that target, we must come off the mountain, go through the valley, and begin to climb the next slope. It is in the valley that we slog through the lush grass and rich soil, learning and becoming what enables us to summit life’s next peak.”
― Andy Andrews

I have had a couple weeks of cleansing experiences, toxin die off, that has been holding in my muscle system, and my vagus nerve, and my brain. I will be writing about all of these and the process as I rid these glasses for good (because I will get rid of what is holding my eyes captive).

BE ever seeking the truth and set yourself free of the things that want to hold you captive.

Blessings and Peace.
