The best caregiver is YOU….

Take care of yourself so that you can give more to those you love, and more.

ALL PARENTS/Caregivers, NEED some R&R at some point in the day or week or month. All Parents/caregivers love to see their little ones happy and crave bonding with them. Call me or message me to find out more about infant massage classes, for some “time out” massage time, to set up family/parent/child health coaching sessions, or to make a wellness plan for your athletic active children (including how to prevent or heal those injuries).

Our PRIMARY foods are Relationships, Spirituality, Physical Movement, and Career.  Our Secondary food is our plates. Lets get balanced together.

Clarification

As I venture into this world of trade and business, and take my hobbies and services to a new level, I am learning to create focal points.  The direction of services I intend to focus upon include, but are not limited to:  Holistic guidance in all areas of natural wellness, youth services in massage and health coaching, baby and infant massage instruction and health coaching, herbal education, and survival education for outdoor and everyday life.  I intend to create an open door or window, a stepping stone, or a bench, on your path to better wellness awareness.

Babies classes in your area

For the past 75 years, expectant moms in Finland have been receiving “baby boxes” from the government. Not only are these freebies packed with useful essentials such as diapers, sleepers, onesies, blankets and a snowsuit, but the box itself – along with the mattress pad that’s provided – becomes a bassinet encouraging safe sleep habits.

I love this idea!  As an infant/baby massage instructor, I would love to see this implemented in my community and would love to take it even further by offering my courses to these mothers. We have classes in Russellville, Arkansas.  I can also set up classes in Morrilton, Conway, and other areas nearby, by request.

MAKE A MOVE

Hello everyone

I would like to make a move, create a movement, spread some energy, plow the path, and one sand bag at a time build a levy for your babies, and yourselves.  Simply put, let have a baby massage class friends. Call your friends, pass the word, and create a new beginning in the world of parenthood with some added empowerment, and sanity, for yourself and your babies.

About infant massage

International Association of Infant Massage is a professional program put together via example of what has been in existence for centuries.  IAIM was founded by Vimala McClure, and has become a global organization.  We bring parents and babies together to promote nurturing touch and communication through training, education and research, so that parents, caregivers and children are loved, valued and respected throughout the world and community.

Courses

Concepts in the courses include asking permission, learning cues, respect, touch relaxation, resting and relaxing holds, a massage routine.
Only parents massage their babies
Simple routine, flexible and adaptable
