“Dear Friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are healthy in body as you are strong in spirit.” 3 John 1:2
“God cares about your physical and spiritual health. He created our bodies so that they are both so important, so we should care for our bodies and our souls.” Michelle S. faithfulworkouts

Our brains and our hearts are directly connected in mind, body and soul, along with the spirit of the Almighty Father (our creator).
Pretending is not in nature, and should not be in our lives. There is no negotiating in nature. Nature follows reality only. Creation renews every morning. The Father’s mercies are renewed every morning. The following passage has been named “daily covenants” by my brother in law. I have to agree. I have had these “covenants” written on stones, sitting on my mantle over the wood stove, for my entire adult life.
II Peter 1 says, “seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust. Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge, and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness, and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they render you neither useless nor unfruitful in the true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Do you wake up each morning and ask, “How do I supplement faith with virtue? How do I supplement virtue with knowledge? How do I supplement knowledge with self-control? How do I supplement self-control with perseverance? How do I supplement perseverance with godliness? How do I supplement godliness with brotherly kindness? AND how do I supplement brotherly kindness with LOVE (agape LOVE)?
Luke 1:78 leads to Malachi 4:2 AND Ephesians 5:13-15 AND II Peter 1:3-7, which then leads to Romans 12:2. AND, just to make it more amazing, Psalms 51, Psalms 119:156, and Ephesians 2:4 all connect. The Father’s tender mercies are renewed every morning.
Brain and Heart health are renewed with the renewing of our spirit each morning.
