Where words fail, Music speaks

Let’s talk about music, sound, creation praise, Alpha Gal and Lyme healing songs in my story, music in relation to body, brain, pain, trauma, anxiety and fear. Daisy Fancourt, Howard Goodall, Daniel Amen, Barry Goldstein, Jonathan Smallwood and many others, as well as loads of scientific research confirm that musical interventions have already been shown to help people with cancer, chronic pain and depression. The debilitating consequences of stress, such as elevated blood pressure and muscle tension, can also be alleviated through the power of music.

Music was a huge factor to my healing with Lyme and Alpha Gal, as well as trauma from past head injuries. I have taught and studied the effects of music and sound on the body for most of my life. I love the study of frequencies and the connections we have with the Creator (Master Gardener as I like to call him), the Earth, and the creation around us, including the heavens.
